Pentart Rainbow Paste - 150ml
Flexible, water-based paste that dries either transparent or opalescent, containing holographic pigments that mysteriously glint, creating an icy effect. The effect differs on light and dark surfaces, but it is impressive anyway. It can be applied on any surface, excellent for stencil technique.
